History of Malolos Jaycees
It was a quiet beginning, devoid of fanfare and publicity, but determined and defined in objectives. In the latter part of 1951, a group of enterprising young men of Malolos met at the old Cafe Valenzuela to workout the blue-print of the Jaycee movement in the town. The first meeting was followed by a series of organizational conferences until the group put the finishing touches to a beautiful plan.

The election of the charter officers launched the Malolos Jaycees into the firmament of service. The stewardship of Dr. Salvador 'Doring' Santiago. The work ahead loomed big and monumental. There was as atmosphere of great expectation for the officer and members proved equal to the challenge. There was no turning back. President 'Doring' was Abraham to his organization as the latter marched on to the promised land of Jaycee fulfillment.

On August 31, 1952 the official recognition to the Malolos Jaycees came auspiciously during the Charter Presentation. The Malolos Jaycees took the occasion with the determination to do more. The imperative to serve is a privilege by itself. The recognition carried with it the obligation for the organization to fulfill itself in the service of the community. Thus, the formative year of the Malolos Jaycees witnessed the unprecented thrust of the organization into realm of development, membership and community service-wise.
Central Luzon Conference 60's
The Jaycees were where the action was! Working independently and/or with the local government, they tool the town by surprise. From fire-fighting equipments to free medical-dental-legal clinic, the Jaycees became the government's and people partner in making life worth living. There could be shortcomings here and there, but the Malolos Jaycees took errors as reasons for growth, not excuses for discouragement.

Like the Proverbial Mustard Seed...
In 50 years, the Malolos Jaycees has earned and deserved its existence. This is a point succinctly justified by the organization's officialdom personified by the club's past presidents. From Charter President 'Doring' to each passing LOM President, one left a sterling legacy of leadership that has kept Jayceeism in the province a pulsating way of life. Every LOM President belongs the privilege of carrying on the torch passed unto him by illustrious predecessors. Half of the century is indeed, a repository of records of dedicated service the Malolos Jaycees is so nostalgically identified with.

In passing, the Malolos Jaycees has much at stake in the present and the future with its glorious past providing a background of young man's efforts to make the organization what it is today. It has contributed to nation building a number of dedicated workers in the total framework of national development. Among them are JC Senator Jose 'Pete' Tengco, DBP governor; JC Juan 'Johnny' Reyes, Land Bank of the Philippines vice-president; JC Senator Past President Cenon 'Non' Florcruz, Philsugin deputy commissioner; JC Jesus 'Jess' Tanchangco, NGA chairman and JC Senator Past Charter President Salvador 'Doring' Santiago, former Vice-Governor of Bulacan. Others have made their mark in their respective callings in life, each one dignifying his profession on the tenets of the Jaycees. A number of the members have earned the distinction as JCI Senators.
Like the proverbial sower, the Malolos Jaycees never get tired in their work, firm in their belief that they lose nothing when they share their time, talent and treasure with others.
