Theirs is a commitment to human development as answer to the call to share in the world's making!

"Operation Rural Uplifment" Malolos Jaycees' International Winning Award

Figures do not lie. Every Jaycee year is banner time for the Malolos Jaycees. In 1956, the Malolos Jaycees placed the Philippines on the world map by winning an international award for the organization's 'OPERATION RURAL UPLIFMENT'. Launched during the administration of JC Past President Senator Sotero 'Bining' Crisostomo (1955-1956) the project literally brought the Jaycees to the barrios where the members provided the barrio folks free medical and legal clinic. With all its implications, the project was a crowning achievement for the organization, a feat that earned the respect and recognition of Jaycee International. As growth and development were also made it a point to improve the quality of Jaycee membership by inviting into the club's regular meetings resource speakers whose socio-economic backgrounds are a welcome addition to the service growth of the members.
